We offer a variety HDPE fittings and flanges to meet our customers unique requirements.
All our fabricated HDPE fittings and flanges are manufactured from pressure-rated polyethylene pipe-grade feedstock made to ASTM F714. The resin has a cell class of PE 445474C according to ASTM D3350. This high-density, high molecular weight polyethylene resin meets the standard for Type III, Class C, Category 5, Grade PE4710 piping material per ASTM D3350.
Requirements:
- ASTM D3261, standard specification for butt heat fusion polyethylene (PE) plastic fittings for polyethylene (PE) plastic pipe and tubing
- AWWA C906-99, polyethylene (PE) pressure pipe and fittings (when specified) ASTM F2206-14 – standard for fabricated fittings
