Vane Actuators are quarter-turn 90-degree pneumatic actuators that do not require the conversion of linear motion to rotary motion. Due to their patented spring-less design, they directly replace spring return actuators for fail-safe. Furthermore, they handle temperatures from -40° F to 248° F, can be used with torque up to 46,000 in-lb at 80 psi, and are usable in open, closed, or modulating applications. As a result, this actuator provides superior accuracy and reliability for demanding process flow control applications.
